Wow do they ever look tempting! I love how flexible the Hokkaido milk bread dough it, it can be used for so many different things like your mini babkas.

These look amazing. I feel like I need to try Babka, probably because of that Seinfeld episode. They had some at a local butcher but I couldn't bring myself to buy them. Gotta try this as a bake.
