HEB Bakery flour
Saw this bag of flour on a pallet destined for the HEB retail bakery. It had an Ardent Mills label but no other description. Wonder what it is?

HEB is a big enough customer, it could be custom-blended. If not, it could be one of these:

516-0997 is the SKU number. If you call Ardent Mills and give them that number, they might tell you what the traditonal flour equivalent is, if it's not a custom-blend for HEB.
