Description
Whole wheat berries are approximately 83% endosperm, 14.5% bran, and 2.5% germ. If you mix bread flour, miller's bran, and wheat germ together, you can have Graham flour.

- 830 g bread flour
- 145 g fine miller's wheat bran
- 25 g raw wheat germ
Mix together in a large bowl. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Makes 1 kilogram of flour.
