Bread Machine Sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Bread Machine Sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Description
I was experimenting with different sourdough recipes and I was delighted to find this bread to be a welcome addition to my collection of baked goods.
Note: I use a sourdough starter fed solely on bread flour, and as such it is the primary flour used in this recipe. I have not experimented with the various wheat starters for this recipe, so if you do let me know how they turn out!

Ingredients
Instructions
1. Dissolve your sourdough starter in the warm water and mix thoroughly.
2. Add all the ingredients into the bread machine (including the raisins). I usually add the dry ingredients then the wet ones but add in whatever order works best for you, it really won't affect the finished product. Select the dough cycle on your bread machine and press start.
3. Once the machine has finished the dough cycle, let the bread rise in the machine for 6-8 hours until the loaf is 1/2 in from the top of the loaf pan.
4. Once the dough has risen, select the bake cycle and press start.
5. Enjoy the finished product with breakfast or whenever you like.
