I subbed Karo syrup for malt extract in my sourdough pizza dough. It came out good, but I feel dirty. :)

Bake 2 sourdough baguettes and a multi-grain whole wheat bread and you are absolved :).
sneaking it into ganache! There is no absolution for that :-)
