Banana Loaf

I baked a banana loaf yesterday, using the recipe that I've posted elsewhere on the forum. I throw in whatever takes my fancy on a given day - sometimes frozen berries, sometimes nuts, etc. This time I added about 1/2 cup of dried fruit mix.
