What is this treat she is making?
She makes a yeast raised dough enriched with eggs and butter, divides it, pre-shapes and then rolls it out. I have attempted to make the video start at the point she is rolling it.
She sprinkles a bit of sugar, places jam along one side, rolls it into a tube and then knots it.
Does this have a name? "Fruit knot" is the best I can come up with.
It looks delicious.
There is much talk of the village on her channel, "more videos on village life and traditional cuisine", but the about section says United States. Could be heritage cooking in the US. I just thought you'd get an authentic name for the goodie if you knew which country.
At the start of the video, just after the mother cat starts to groom her kittens, the legend "Azerbaijan" appears. That's probably where the farm is.
I don't know what this roll is, but look at these, especially #2 and #6. Only going by their looks, they are stunning.

Yes, I tried to edit my post, but had some difficulty. A video commenter posted in Russian.
Bulochki knots?
Thanks! I found this recipe. I've got to make some.
This link doesn't include them, but just look at #2 and #6 -
