Anyone else here using Miller's Milling AP (H&R) ?
A few months ago I was at Costco and bought a bag of their AP flour. It's from Miller's Milling Oakland and is their Hotel and Restaurant AP. I wasn't expecting much but thought it might work better for waffles (assuming it would have less gluten than my home milled Hard Spring Wheat).
Since I was experimenting with sourdough and expecting a failed loaf, I used this cheap flour instead of wasting my good wheat --- but to my great surprise, I got a terrific loaf of sourdough. Since then I've been baking sourdough just about every day using this AP flour and I absolutely love the results I'm getting ... I went through a 25 pound bag and went back and bought another bag.
Curious if anyone else is using this flour and what their experience is with it?
