Rofco B40 & Equipment Tables
I have a year-old Rofco B40 oven for sale. It works great and comes with 3 steel trays. I have videos and additional photos if interested. I'm selling it because I'm closing my micro bakery and moving. Asking $3300 OBO. Asking $250 for the pair of stainless steel equipment tables.

You would have to be logged in. I just tried it out. Your post in the "Recent Comments" list is shown with your user name. I clicked on your name and your user page opened. I can even their post. Click on them to open their user page.
Yes, it is. I'm in Atlanta GA. The steel trays fit the oven. I've never used them for steam. We used them for loaves, baguettes, crackers, and cookies.
