I am learning to keep records of my bakes.

It is about time. Too many good formulas irreproducible due to record keeping.

 Today's bake, I submit Italian Country Bread.

These decidedly healthy, loaves/buns when compared to straight white flour breads turned out excellent! 

A walk off home run in the world series! 

The hot dog buns are more in kind to mini hero rolls. That being said they will go great with the jumbo Costco beef Franks! Still on my to-do list pillow soft BBQ buns.

Lots and lots of pdf’s and spreadsheets around here and there to make things even better. 

but yeah baking is artful chemistry- it demands records.

What's wrong with you guys? You mean you can't remember exactly what you did two months ago and which loaves those are on your phone? Then there's the scribbled notes that are almost readable. 😁😁
